Mike Walsh lived a life of fierce passion and infectious curiosity. We continue his legacy through supporting emerging creative minds in their academic and professional pursuits.
Phase 1: The Scholarship
The Michael H. Walsh Scholarship will be awarded annually to graduating high school seniors showing academic interest and prowess in writing, literature, and the study of English. The annual scholarship begins with the class of 2025. Donations can be made here.

We are officially a 501(c)3 non-profit!
Phase 3: Educational Programming
We held our first photographer meet-up and mini workshop in April 2025. Next up: summer programming and virtual discussions with successful writers, editors, and professionals to illuminate career pathways. Future plans include youth programs; mentorship opportunities, other educational events, and additional scholarship opportunities for both students and individuals early in their careers.
